If you need to contact Wiggle, you can do so by calling 118 and letting the operator know your reason for the call and your desired outcome.

Why might I call the Wiggle 118 Number?

As noted above, your reasons for calling the Wiggle 188 number could come from a variety of sources and have a variety of possible solutions: you could have experienced trouble with the website, or missed a delivery… Or you could simply need to call for information or to make an enquiry about your delivery, other components of your order, or the range of clothing and sporting goods available from Wiggle.

Your reasons may also include, but will not be limited to:

  • Reporting a problem you encountered with the Wiggle website

What does Wiggle do?

Wiggle is, as mentioned above, an online retailer dealing in sporting goods and clothing. They place a certain emphasis on cycling gear, including bicycles, cycling clothing (including cycling shoes), bike accessories like lights, reflectors, bottles and puncture repair kits, plus wheels and bicycle components!

However, it isn’t just cycling that gets the Wiggle treatment – they also sell running shoes and clothing to help keep you comfortable on the track or the trail, swimwear and swim accessories like goggles, nose-clips, flippers, gillyweed and swimming caps, and triathlon gear, including clothing and training gear. A marathon or triathlon is a heck of a challenge – don’t go into it unprepared!

Wiggle also sells clothing and equipment for outdoor adventurers, not just athletes, with outdoor clothing and bad-weather gear available, as well as camping products like tents, sleeping bags, camp kettles, stoves, lanterns, multitools, ferrorods, flares and bear spray, as well as outdoor equipment like rain ponchos, carabiners, paracord, firelighters and tinderboxes, water bottles and other essentials and luxuries alike.

Lastly, if you need a mountain bike, or equipment for one, like rugged lights, chunky tyres or a shock-absorbent seat, and the clothes to wear while on one, like a helmet, waterproofs and cycling gear, you can find it at Wiggle!

Returning Items to Wiggle

You can return an unwanted or defective item to Wiggle easily by using Collect+, which is free, as well as by posting the item to the Wiggle Head Office Postal Address or arranging for it to be collected from your address.

The stretch of time in which you can return an item is a generous 1 entire year, so if at any point you need to return the item you can – so long as it is in condition for resale, with the labels still on and in the packaging it came in.

If you are returning an item due to a fault, it may be necessary to wait while the manufacturer attempts to repair it before a refund can be issued.

Does Wiggle Price-Match Against its Competitors?

It absolutely does! In fact, it even provides a price promise – the Wiggle Price Promise, which is “to never be beaten on price.”

Wiggle will shop for lower prices, and if they find once, they will match it – and if you find an item cheaper elsewhere, let them know so they can refund you the difference!

Wiggle Loyalty Statuses

Wiggle customers on the site are each given a “status” which is dependent upon how much money they have parted with for Wiggle goods over the last 365 days.

If they have spent £100 or more, they are “Gold” rated customers, and will be rewarded with 5% off future purchases.

If they have spent £500 or more, they are “Platinum” rated customers, and will be rewarded with 12% off future purchases.

Wiggle App Compatibility

If you would rather shop on a tablet or smartphone than on a desktop, you can! Simply download the official Wiggle App (but NOT the app labelled “Wigglesports Goodtime” as it is a malware progenitor) and enjoy your shopping! Don’t forget to spend over £100 so you can be valued more and labelled as a “Gold” customer!

Or £500 so Wiggle will say that you’re “Platinum!”

Once you make it to the phase of your order in which you select the size and/or colour of the product you are buying, you will be notified about its presence or lack thereof in the warehouse.

On a select number of items, a delivery date cannot be guaranteed – in these cases, you will be provided an estimate of the number of weeks until it may arrive.

I’ve seen others tracking orders online – is it possible to learn this skill?

With Wiggle, anything is possible! Just log in to your Wiggle account, select the tab that says “orders” and then select to view the order’s details. From there, you’ll be able to see what you’re order is up to!
